Machine Features

1.leading technique specially developed for extrusion molding ECP fiber cement products and some special raw material ratio products on the produc-
tion line of efficient automatic mixing and effective discharging, it can make the materials fully mixed, uniform distribution, features keeping, to meet
the subsequent forming and other process requirements, to ensure the quality of the final product. (The mixing speed can be adjusted flexibly by
frequency converter).

2.According to the production of the cement and other easy to heat, time curing, easy to adhere to the material on the inner wall of the barrel, and the
process characteristics of the need to clean the machine in time after each shift, the machine uses a unique high-strength reducer symmetrical
structure and non-gravity efficient mixing mode, automatic control of the top movable door switch feeding/unloading port device, and 180 angle
rotary unloading function, etc. Ensure that the input and output of materials without loss, after each batch of mixing work is completed, the prepared
work mix can be all unloaded and exported to the next process, with strong process support advantages and work stability, durability and quality
assurance.

拌及有效输出工序而特别研制，能使各原料之间混合充
分、分布均匀、性能维持及无残留卸料，满足后续成型
等工艺要求，保证最终产品的质量。(可用变频器弹性
调节搅拌速度等)

2.本机根据生产上述水泥等易发热、定时固化、易于粘结
附着在料筒内壁上的材料、及每班工作后需及时清机的
工艺特点，采用独特的高强减速箱对称结构及无重力式
高效搅拌方式、自动控制顶部活动门式开关加料/卸料
口装置、以及180角旋转卸料功能等，确保输入输出的
原料无损耗、每批搅拌工作完成后，所制备的工作混合
料能全部被卸料输出至下道工序，具有强大的工艺保障
优势及工作稳定性、耐用性和质量保障。
