Fang Jianchun | Founder of TELE Machine / Senior Engineer / Technical expert in the Ceramic Tiles & Bricks field of industrial manufacturing equipment.
Fang arrived Foshan in 1989 and joined Foshan Ceramics Group Co., Ltd. (a state-owned enterprise known as the “Huangpu Military Academy” of China’s ceramic industry at the time). He participated in the entire process of introducing the first Italian SACMI production line in China and joined the new department organized by the group company – the Hydraulic Equipment Department.
With over 37 years of experience in research and development of technology and entrepreneurship in the field of manufacturing equipment for the production of tiles and bricks with heavy clay, Fang began by designing and manufacturing various types of tiles and bricks molds, such as angular tile molds, three-dimensional roofing tile molds, and their manufacturing processes, from the very beginning in 2000. He then moved on to groundbreaking core technology research and development, such as introducing several Chinese-made equipment for the first time: an angular brick press (with a Chinese invention patent), a circular screen-type granulator (with a Chinese utility model patent), a roof tile mechanical pivot press (with a Chinese utility model patent and a standard-setting enterprise for this technology in Guangdong Province), dense concrete board and its manufacturing method (with a Chinese invention patent), lightweight concrete porous board extruder and its preparation process (with a Chinese invention patent), and more. He has consistently led the company’s forward-looking technological innovation (maintaining the title of National High-tech Enterprise for six consecutive terms)
After 37 years of entrepreneurial development, he has not only facilitated the resolution of the most complex technical pain points in the industry but also led the enterprise to commercialize its technological achievements. With its own technology and experience, it has always been dedicated to and deeply engaged in the optimization and transformation of the industry field, helping more and more enterprises achieve technological upgrading and create value.
