Machine Features

1.The SFJ-ZD2X5 multi-layer vibrating screen drives the material by the compound rotary vibration generated by the vibrator excitation. The upper large-aperture screen first completes the coarse screening, while the lower small-aperture screen performs the fine screening. The material moves in a jumping linear or circular motion on the screen surface, achieving multi-stage particle size classification. The SFJ-GS4 type drum screen, which is installed at an Angle on the frame, has its motor driving the cylinder to rotate around the axis through a reducer. The material constantly turns and rolls inside the cylinder. Fine particles are discharged through the screen mesh, while large particles are sent out from the tail discharge port. At the same time, it can automatically eject the material stuck in the screen holes to prevent the screen from clogging.

2. The SFJ-ZD2X5 model adopts a multi-layer screen structure with gradient configuration, equipped with a vibration motor, vibration damping springs, and a fully enclosed screen box.
