Machine Features
1.Specially made for the material preparation process with three functions of kneading, storage & feeding. Its raw material contact part are made of
stainless steel, and the lighter model NHJ-GL300 has the bottom movable wheel structure of easy in & out the working position for easy cleaning.
2.The twisted kneading rollers on the two relative rotating motions upper shafts knead the material, and the lower spiral type shaft further extrusion and
transports the material. The well kneaded material via upper shafts is output to the next process through the lower shaft. It is mainly suitable for the
preparation process of wet concrete or cement lump mixture.
设备描述及机型特点
1.专为某些特定原料的制备过程而研制，如
各种团块混凝土或水泥等混合材料的制
备。具有揉捏、储存和喂料三种功能。其
原料接触的机体部分材料均采用不锈钢，
其中轻型的NHJ-GL300型底部采用的是易
于移进移出工位的动轮结构，方便每班后
的清洗工作。
2.具有上腔内两个相对旋转运动的扭曲型捏
辊轴对物料进行揉捏，下腔内一个螺旋叶
轴的螺旋式对原料进行进一步挤压和输送
的结构，上轴捏合好的原料经下轴输出至
下一工序。主要适用于湿混凝土或水泥团
块状混合物等物料的制备及给料工艺。
