Machine Features
1.Leading technology specially made for the better
material preparation process with functions of mixing
& stirring, extruding, kneading & cutting granulation,
to get well-distributed and even working materials, so
as to improve the forming process tiles and bricks
quality in way of making dense structured and reduce
internal stress deformation etc.
2.On the basis of the mixing structure of the double shaft
mixer, in addition to retaining the mixing function, it
also increases the extrusion and granulation functions.
The production capacity and working time can be
adjusted according to the actual needs through the
pneumatic clutch. It has reasonable structure, conve-
nient operation and reliable use.

料的充分搅拌混合、挤压揉合、切割
造粒工序而特别研制，使原料组织分
布变得均匀和密实，能有效地改善砖
瓦坯体的成型质量，如能提高其致密
度及降低内应力变形等。
2.在双轴搅拌机的搅拌混合结构的基础
上，除保留了搅拌混合功能外，还增
加了挤出切细造粒功能。可根据生产
需要通过气动离合器调节产能及作业
时间。其结构合理、操作方便、使用
可靠。
