Machine Features

1.Specially developed for the full mixing, stirring and kneading process of raw materials and with water on ceramic tile production line.

2.The 300II and 300III models respectively use two and three mixing shafts to rotate in opposite directions, and a certain angle on the shafts and speci-
fications of the blades layout is for better material mixing preparation result along with high efficient, stable and reliable operation.

3.Specially designed three-shafts of model 300III and extra added mixing blades structure improves the existence of problems like raw materials are
easy to pile up on the hopper to form an empty loading of mixing barrel, or the viscosity of raw materials is too large, resulting in raw materials
blocked in the feeding port is not easy to slide into the mixing barrel, resulting in reduced work efficiency. And the production capacity is greatly
increased to ensure the high quality and efficient production.. (Different models can be selected according to customer needs)

1.专为陶瓷砖瓦等生产线上原料的充分搅
拌、混合、揉练、喂料工序而特别研制。

2.300II，及300III机型分别采用两条及三条搅
拌叶片轴两两相向旋转的方式，及轴上一
定角度及规格的叶片布局方式进行原料的
搅拌制备，具有工作效率高，运行稳定可
靠的特点。

3.300III机型专门设计的三轴及加多搅拌泥耙
结构，改善了原料易于堆积在料斗上形成
的搅拌腔空料、或者原料的粘性太大，致
使原料堵在加料口不易滑落至搅拌筒等导
致工作效率降低的情形等问题的存在，产
能得到大幅提高，保证了优质高效生产。
