Machine Features

production line.
2.TL-JBJ-400II, 500II.NA and other
models all use double rotating stirring
shafts, and a certain angle on the
shafts and specifications of the blades
layout is for better material mixing
preparation result along with high
efficient, stable and reliable operation.
3.The upgraded type 500II.NA & 400II.-
NAx2, in addition to increasing the
effective mixing length and other
structures, the specially configured
intelligent water adding control system
can adapt to a wider range of working
materials, from dry powder to wide
kinds of moisture materials can be
stirred and mixed, and can automati-
cally control the material moisture to
the set values.
设备描述及机型特点
1.专为陶瓷砖瓦生产线上原料与水的充分搅拌、混合、
揉练工序而特别研制。
2.JBJ-400II, JBJ-500II.NA等机型均采用双对滚旋转的搅
拌轴，及轴上一定角度及规格的叶片布局方式进行原
料的搅拌制备，具有工作效率高，运行稳定可靠的特
点。
3.升级版的500II.NA，400II.NAx2机型除加大了有效搅
拌长度等结构外，特别配置的智能加水控制系统，能
够适应更广的工作原料状态范围，从干粉状到各种水
份状的原料都能搅拌，并能够自动控制所搅拌的原料
水分至设定值。
