Machine Features
1.Type QDJ-WP, AE machine is mainly used for matchwith extruder, tile press etc., various of extrusionrough molding billet is cut by them to the requiredlength, and then transferred to the pressing moldingprocess; The TL-QDJ-NC machine is suitable forcutting the rough billet of various extruded refracto-ry pieces to the required length.
2. Three machines have the characteristics of compactstructure, easy operation, wide range of adaptation,stable performance and so on. All through thephotoelectric eye to determine the tile or brickmoving pace position and the upgraded version ofAE and NC type, plus PLC control feedback to adjustthe position of the flip baffle, to achieve the accurateadjustment of the length of the billet to be cut andcut to the required size. Its unique design ofautomatic turning baffle sliding mechanism guaran-tees tailless, accurate cutting quality.

1.TL-QDJ-WP，AE型机主要用于挤出机、压瓦机等的配套，将各种挤出成型的粗坯料裁切成需要的长度至压制成型工序;TL-QDJ-NC机则适用于将各种挤出成型的粗坯料裁切成需要的长度耐火材件。
2.三机均具有结构紧凑，操作简便，适应范围广，性能稳定等特点。全部通过光电眼测定瓦坯或砖坯行进步伐位置及升级版的AE及NC型再加上PLC控制反馈调节翻转挡板位置，达到准调整需要切割的坯料长度并切割至需要的尺寸。其独特设计的自动翻转挡板滑动机构，保证无尾料、精准的切割质量。
