Machine Features
1.Type DIII specially developed for the manufacture of wood grain brick and other special texture of wet forming tile & brick products, by use of two extrud-
ers, according to the composition of wood grain and other textures of the main and secondary two materials characteristics, the program control of the
main and secondary extruders independently and cooperatively to achieve the production of a variety of high-grade special texture effects of products
production, including a variety of wood grain split brick and ceramic board, texture pattern tile, landscape brick, etc. The main extruder can choose listed
DII series extruder matching.
2.The whole cast steel box structure, high strength thick gear variable speed transmission mechanism, special alloy steel spiral blade, mixing and main and
auxiliary double extrusion molding three stage frequency conversion speed regulation and coordination matching, to ensure high quality and efficient
production.

1.DIII型三级真空挤出机专门为制造木纹砖
等特殊纹理湿成型瓦砖产品而开发的，
采用两台挤出机，根据木纹砖等主、次
两种材质的组成特点，通过程序控制
主、次挤出机独立、协同的方式，实现
生产各种高档特殊纹理效果的产品生产;
包括各种木纹劈开砖和陶瓷板、纹理花
纹砖、景观砖等。主挤出机可选择所列
DII系列挤出机配套。
2.整体铸钢箱体结构、高强厚齿变速传动
机构、特制合金钢螺旋叶、混合搅拌与
主副双挤出成型三级变频调速及协调匹
配等，保证优质高效生产。
