Machine Features
1.Type TS18.5-18.5 QL (with granule cutter) specially made for the trial-production process used in laboratory，or small-scale output production of extrud-
ed wet forming and cut compound strips, pellets like article mud, carbon strip, coal granule etc., to meet all kinds of special extrusion products trial-pro-
cess requirements.
2.Leading technology of type TS15-15KHspecially made for small-scale or laboratory use of this type to make high-class extruded wet-forming building
material products of the kind of smaller sizes of ECP fiber cement or concrete board etc. Its special structure of inlet pressing blades, high strength hard
gear surface reducer, and alloy steel augers & blades, and the unique & remarkable mixing barrel, de-airing chamber & extrusion barrel unit with a hinge
axis of easy open in half structure, and raw material procession barrel walls are lined with stainless steel, thermostat water-cooling piping unit ensure not
only high quality and reliable production but also high efficient of easy cleaning after each shift working and better balancing of the temperature during
process, which aimed at some special processes & requirements, such as the production of the timing curing material like cement product which needs
to be removed & cleaned of the machine after per shift work process.

1.特别研制的 TS18.5-18.5 QL（切粒）机型主要用于
实验室试制工艺，或小批量生产挤压湿成型并切割
的复合条、颗粒，如泥条、碳条、煤粒等，以满足
各种特殊挤压产品的试制工艺要求。
2.采用领先技术，TS15-15KH型专为高质量湿式挤
压成型纤维水泥制品类等建材产品而特别研制，适
合小规模或实验室生产制造各种小规格空心或实心
ECP纤维水泥及混凝土板等建材制品。 特制的进料
口加压耙结构、高强硬齿面减速箱、特制合金钢螺
旋叶，尤其是其显著特性的气动易开合成两半式搅
拌室、真空室及挤出室结构，及原料行进腔体不锈
钢内衬，以及自动恒温水冷却机及管路装置，在保
证优质高效稳定生产的同时，对于某些特定要求的
（如生产含水泥等定时固化材料的、每班工作后余
料需清机等工艺的），更独具优势特点。
