Machine Features
1.Leading technology specially made for high-grade extruded wet-forming all kinds
of building material products (like ceramic or clay products etc.), especially for
making the kinds of special hollow or solid calcium silicate board，fiber concrete or
cement board and honeycomb ceramic materials. Type ST11-11SY is mainly used
for the trial production of new products in the lab.
2.Unique structure of horizontal and T model mixing and extrusion grading barrel
structured machine body, high strength and cone-shaped planetary gear-unit,
special alloy steel augers, mixing and extrusion double-stages frequency
controlled and coordination matched in bigger production capacity & output level
to ensure high quality, efficient and reliable production.
3.The whole stainless steel & graded structured machine body & barrels ensure easy
cleaning after each shift working which aimed at some special processes &
requirements.
设备描述及机型特点
1.领先技术，专为高质量湿式挤压成型各种建材产品(如
陶瓷粘土制品等)而特别研制，尤其适合生产制造特殊
要求的空心或实心建筑硅酸钙板材、纤维混凝板、纤
维水泥制品、蜂窝陶瓷材料等。其中ST11-11SY型主
要用于实验室的新品试制。
2.独特的水平纵向搅拌碎料及螺旋推进挤出分级料筒结
构、高强厚齿锥形行星减速传动机构、弧齿锥齿轮硬
齿减速机构、特制合金钢螺旋叶及铰刀、混合搅拌与
挤出成型变频调速及协调匹配等，保证优质高效稳定
生产。
3.整机采用不锈钢材料及分级料筒结构制作，对于某些
特定要求的(如生产含水泥等定时固化材料的、每班工
作后余料需清机等的)，具有易于清机等优势特点。
