Machine Features
1.Type B & A specially made for high-grade extruded
wet-forming ceramic tiles and bricks, especially for
making the split tiles, roofing tiles, special shaped tiles
and clay bricks etc. Casting-steel-structured machine
body, high strength gear-box, special alloy steel
augers etc., to ensure high quality and reliable of
production.(The type A25-25 is mainly used for
small-scale output production)
2.Type SY18.5-18.5, SY12-12 specially made for the
trial-production process，or small-scale output
production of extruded wet forming ceramic tiles and
bricks, like split tiles, wall or floor tiles, ceramic plates
etc., to meet all kinds of extrusion trial-process
requirements. (Optional according to the requirement)
设备描述及机型特点
1.CXJ-B, A系列，专为高质量湿式挤压成型陶
瓷砖瓦产品而特别研制，尤其适合生产制
造劈开砖、屋面瓦、异型陶、粘土砖等。
整体铸钢箱体结构、高强厚齿变速传动机
构、特制合金钢螺旋叶等，保证优质、稳
定生产。(其中A25-25型主要用于小规模小
批量生产)
2.SY18.5-18.5, SY12-12型两款机型主要用于
各种湿式成型类陶瓷砖瓦产品批量投产前
的小样试制生产、或小规模小批量生产。
如劈开砖、墙地砖、陶土板等。(可根据不
同产能要求分别选型)
