Machine Features

2.Unique vertical mixing integral cast steel body, extrusion barrel and cast steel gear box structure, and high strength thick teeth conical planetary decelera-
tion drive mechanism and special alloy steel augers configuration, as well as mixing and extrusion double frequency conversion speed regulation coordi-
nation match, specially launched the twin screw model on the basis of single screw model, more suitable for large specifications of wide or larger size
building materials production. The extrusion pressure is large, the extrusion speed is uniform and stable, and the extrusion molding effect is good.
3.Extrusion system specially designed rapid disassembly and built-in circulation cooling extruding barrel structure, with easy cleaning after each shift
operation and temperature balance control during the working process, can fully meet some specific requirements (such as cement or similar kind

制合金钢螺旋叶等配置，以及搅拌与挤出双级变频
调速协调匹配，在单螺杆基础上专门推出的双螺杆
机型，更适宜大规格宽体建材的生产。挤出压力
大、挤出速度均匀稳定、挤压成型效果好；
3.挤出系统专门设计的快速拆卸及内置式循环冷却挤
出筒结构，具有每班操作后易于清洗和工作过程中
温度平衡控制等特点，能充分满足某些特定要求 (如
