Machine Features
1.Mainly for producing special-shape ceramic tiles or ultra-thick tiles, like
corner tiles, split rocks etc. by adopting dry pressed-forming process, to
get more trendy and characteristic constructional materials.
2.Patterned technology guarantees good performances and easy dealing
with varied technical parameters of different kind special ceramics, like
angle, thickness, pressing-force, feeding-conditions during work.
3.Matched with the corner tiles further processing machines series &
TL-PZJ-PY hydraulic splitting machine to realize corner tiles whole process
& split rocks production. Type YZJ-100x2D is suitable for pressing thick
brick and ball lining.

1.主要用于各种异型陶瓷及厚砖（如角砖、劈岩砖等陶瓷制
品）的干粉压制成型，使建筑装饰用材更加新潮及个性化。
2.专利技术设计，能根据不同产品的形状，对砖坯的拐角度、
厚薄度、压制力、及布料操作等参数进行简单自如地调节，
有效保证稳定成型及产品质量。
3.与陶瓷角砖深加工设备系列、及TL-PZJ-PY劈砖机等配套使
用，可实现陶瓷角砖及劈岩砖的生产；其中上下双向加压的
YZJ-100x2D型较适合厚砖及球衬类的压制。
