Machine Features

1.Optimized on the basis of type TL-AUTOYWJ-3W, this press line is much suitable and

ideal for forming complex special shaped or structure or larger surace sized roofng

tiles. It has 2-stages of 3 x 2=6 closed-mold with twice exact positioning and pressing

act to make high quality roofng tiles.

2.The whole line includes 9 link equipment and devices and mainly has 4 special

functions, such as the operation of the manipulator driven by the sero motor and ball

screw to ensure the double calibration press function etc;

3.Those functions to ensure that each mold (6 sets) independent adjustment and

control of hydraulic isostatic pressure regulation, and the front and back of the two

press speed can be adjusted by the inverer function, as well as through the confgu-

ration of the mold loading car to achieve fast and simple loading and unloading mold.

本三工位两次定准压制机械拐臂式全自动压瓦线，

在成熟机型TL-AUTOYWJ-3W型一次压制压瓦线基础

上进行了优化整合和集成，特别为压制成型复杂结

构、特殊凹深形状、或超大表面尺寸的屋面瓦而研

制，设有2台3模压机2次压制步骤定准压制成型瓦坯；

2.整线包括9台环节设备和装置并主要具有4项特别功

能，如具有通过伺服马达及滚珠丝杆驱动的过渡于2

台压机之间的机械手的运行以确保两次定准压制功能等；

3.本机能确保各模具（6套）独立调节和控制的液压式

等静压调压，及前后两压机运行速度均可由变频器

调节的功能，以及通过另外配置的装模车实现快速

和简单易行装卸模具的功能等。
