Machine Features
- The machine is a fully automated pressing and forming equipment. The "one machine, dual molds" design concept features efficient operation and high cost-performance output. The system processes such as the mechanical hand picking up the blank, the main cylinder closing the mold and pressing it into shape, the mechanical hand pressing and cutting the edge of the tile, and the suction and delivery of the finished tile can all be automatically completed according to the preset program, thus achieving unattended operation. When used in conjunction with gypsum molds, rubber molds, etc., it can achieve the pressing and forming of various roof tiles of super-large specifications.
- It adopts a double-track synchronous double-station reciprocating manipulator, equipped with high-precision electric eyes, featuring high repeat positioning, precise and rapid suction of raw materials, simultaneous cutting of tile edges and suction and delivery of finished tiles. Parameters such as pressing pressure, exhaust frequency, and exhaust time can all be set and adjusted on the control panel. The whole machine features a compact structure and small space occupation, and can be flexibly matched into the fully automated roofing tile pressing production line after extrusion.
- It adopts PLC+ servo fully automatic precise control and dual positioning control with electronic ruler + sensor to ensure the system is stable and reliable. The pressed roofing tile shape size is stable and the precision is adjustable. It has the advantages of advanced parameters, high degree of automation, easy maintenance and adjustment, and high production efficiency.

- 本机是一款全自动化的压制成型设备，“一机双模”的设计理念具备高效作业和高性价比输出的特点，其机械手吸取坯料、主缸合模压制成型、机械手压切瓦边、以及吸送出成品瓦等系统工序均能根据预设程序自动完成，从而实现无人值守操作。配套石膏模、橡胶模等使用，能实现超大规格的各式屋面瓦的压制成型。
- 采用双导轨同步双工位往复机械手，配置高精度电眼，重复定位高，精准快速吸取胚料，压切瓦边吸送成品瓦同步进行，其压合压力、排气频率、排气时间等参数均可在控制面板上进行设置和调整；整机具结构紧凑、占用空间小的特点，并能灵活匹配到挤出成型后的全自动化压瓦生产线中。
- 采用PLC+伺服全自动精准控制，及电子尺+感应器进行双重定位控制，确保系统稳定可靠，压制瓦形尺寸稳定，精度可调，具有参数先进，自动化程度高，维护调节容易，生产效率高的优势。
