Machine Features
- This machine is a fully automatic brick forming equipment, material distribution, pressing and molding, and de-molding operate automatically according to the set program, enabling unattended operation. The pressing pressure, exhaust frequency, exhaust time, brick blank thickness, etc. can all be set on the control panel, featuring high working efficiency and large output. It has the dvantages of making “thick & special shapes bricks”, lies across a full thickness range of 6mm to 80 mm. If the user configures a conveyor line and a palletizer in the subsequent process, fully automatic assembly line production can be achieved.
- The pressing and shaping of the brick mold is achieved using a patented technology that employs a floating mold frame with bidirectional pressure application, resulting in very small variations and gradual changes in the density of the shaped bricks. This effectively prevents the occurrence of layers within the brick mold, ensuring uniformity in the density of the bricks. The machine also features an automatic adjustment function for the thickness of the brick mold. After the initial setting of the brick mold thickness, it continuously monitors the thickness upon each pressing cycle. If the thickness deviates from the set tolerance, the machine automatically adjusts the feeding height to maintain consistency in the brick mold thickness.
- The floating mold frame method was adopted to achieve uniform density of the brick blank. After molding, the density deviation of the brick blank was small and the density change amplitude was smooth. It avoids the situation where the formation of layers is prone to occur in the middle part of the brick blank in the bidirectional pressurization method.

- 本机为全自动成型设备。出料、压模、脱模按设定程序自动操作,无人值守。压紧压力、排气频率、排气时间、砖坯厚度等均可在控制面板上设定,工作效率高,产量大。 独具制造“厚砖、异形砖”的强大优势,可实现(6~80)mm全厚度范围的压制成型,如果用户在本机后续部分配置一条输送线和一个码垛机,则可实现全自动装配线生产。
- 采用浮动模框双向施压法专利技术来实现砖坯的压制成型,使成型的砖坯密度偏差小,密度变化幅度平缓,有效避免砖坯内部容易出现分层等情况,实现砖坯密度的均匀化。本机还具有砖坯厚度自动调整功能,在第一次设定好砖坯厚度后,每压制一次,会自动检测砖坯厚度,如果厚度超出设定的偏差,机器将自动调整布料高度,保证砖坯厚度的一致性。
- 采用浮动模框运动法使砖坯密度均匀。成型后砖坯密度偏差小,密度变化幅度平稳。避免了双向加压法中砖坯中部容易发生分层的情况。
