2.本机根据生产上述水泥等易发热、定时固化、易于粘结附着在料筒内壁上的材料、及每班工作后需及时清机的工艺特点，采用独特的高强减速箱对称结构及无重力式高效搅拌方式、自动控制顶部活动门式开关加料/卸料口装置、以及180角旋转卸料功能等，确保输入输出的原料无损耗、每批搅拌工作完成后，所制备的工作混合料能全部被卸料输出至下道工序，具有强大的工艺保障优势及工作稳定性、耐用性和质量保障。
